We have many opportunities for you to stay connected to a community of women supporting women through our Angels of Service volunteer activities As a volunteer for the Circles of Women South Central community, you touch the lives of other women and invite them to greater authenticity and wholeness. Your presence as an empowered woman offers hope and gives women a space to be honored. Every woman has gifts to offer. Share your talents with your community! Some areas volunteers are needed: Open Circle 4 per year An Open Circle is a meeting where women who are interested in finding out more about the Woman Within weekend can come. We need women to host, provide refreshments or simply be present to share your story. Celebrations 4 per yearThe Celebration happens the Wednesday evening after every Woman Within weekend. Pay My Staffing Fee

Staffing fees offset the costs of lodging and expenses associated with each staff member for the weekend. While the actual cost per person is approximately $175 per staff member per weekend, the Board of Directors has voted to subsidize this expense to honor and support the volunteers who donate their time and commitment to this community. The current fee is $125 per staff member per weekend and covers lodging and meal expenses from Friday morning through Sunday brunch. If you wish to support the Circles of Women South Central by paying more than the required fee, it is greatly appreciated.

8 Week Guided E-Circle: This training is offered at the completion of each Woman Within® Training Weekend. The circle meets on a weekly basis from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm over 8 weeks and training is facilitated by experienced, trained volunteers from the CWSC community

The cost of the Guided E-Circle is $125 and covers the cost of materials and a small stipend for the guides. Please pay your fee by the 3rd week.

If you choose to pay by check please submit your payment to your Lead Guide.

POLICY: Circles of Women South Central Inc. will select a staff to meet the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual needs of the participants on the Woman Within Training Weekend (WWTW). Circles of Women South Central must abide by the staffing criteria, as outlined by the Woman Within International (WWIL) licensing agreement. PROCEDURE FOR STAFF SELECTION 1. The Circles of Women South Central Staffing Committee will select the staff. The Staffing Committee will include the Board President, the designated Staffing Coordinator, and a Facilitator or Facilitator in Training. 2. The Staffing Committee will finalize selection of staff approximately 45 days prior to the WWTW. 3. Staff applications are available on our web site. The deadline for staff applications is posted on the web site for each WWTW. Presented by John & Rhonda Gaughan Join us for an interactive presentation of Human Development, where you will be introduced to a tableau of the human experience. Men & Women will be asked to become part of this dynamic journey of man from birth to adulthood. The metaphorical impact of this presentation can be profound and provide participants with tools to use in understanding self and others. Attendees will also become acquainted with the New Warrior Training Adventure Weekend and the Woman Within Weekend, which has been experienced by over 40 thousand men and women worldwide.

Circles of Women offers a variety of opportunities for those who wish to stay connected after the Weekend. Joining an Empowerment Circle offers a place where communication skills and group dynamics are further experienced and refined in small groups. Many women choose to support Circles of Women by volunteering their time and resources. Women have also created couples groups, mixed-gender groups, and wisdom circles (for women over 50). Community events are widely held. Please see our calendar for opportunities to participate and volunteer in local and regional events. Step into your woman and experience your potential!

Woman Within Training Weekend Cancellation Policy

Circles of Women South Central will refund your paid fee (less a $250 non-refundable deposit) if we receive your cancellation notice in writing no less than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the training for which you have paid. Otherwise, you may transfer your deposit to another Woman Within Training Weekend sponsored by Circles of Women South Central within a 12-month period from the date of your cancellation. No deposits or fees will be transferred to any other region in the United States or Europe.

If your paperwork and payment in full is not received in our offices by the date specified in your packet, you will be dropped from this training and your space will be given to another woman on our waitlist. Your payment will not be refunded. However, it can be transferred to another Woman Within Training Weekend sponsored by Circles of Women South Central within a 12-month period from the fir day of the month of this training.

Absolutely no refunds or transfers will be given once you have registered for and arrived at the training weekend. Should you decide to leave the weekend for any reason and at any time prior to the final session on Sunday, you will forfeit your entire registration fee of $685.00.

One Day Staff Training

Attend this workshop to learn and understand the logistics, planning and set up of the weekend, what makes it work and how you can be a part of the staff. Learn how to support the participants as they experience the weekend.

This training is required if you want to staff the Woman Within Weekend. It's a fun and informative day that will prepare you to welcome and support women as they take this step on their journey.

Your fee of $35 includes a pink Woman Within T-shirt
