Circles of Women South Central is Moving to Camp Cho-Yeh

Circles of Women South Central is pleased to announce that in
April 2010 we will begin using a new site!!

Our Woman Within Training (WWTW) weekends will be held at Cho-Yeh Camp and Conference Center in the beautiful piney woods near Livingston, TX.

The facility has recently been updated and we believe this site will be more comfortable and convenient for both participants and staff members. Everyone will be sleeping in suites with real beds, the meeting spaces are comfortable and we will have more privacy in the Conference Center as well as our own private dining room. CWSC will have the ability to choose own our menu for the weekend, and Cho-Yeh is much better suited to handle special dietary needs.

We are excited about this new location, and though it is a little further drive from Houston (about 1.5 hours), it will be much closer for women from the Dallas area to join us. With this new site, many of the weekend job descriptions and list of items to bring with you will be changing, so please review your weekend paperwork carefully if you staff an upcoming weekend. We will need your patience and support as we move into this new space, and will do our best to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Due to rising costs for hosting the weekends, effective with the April 2010 WWTW, the CWSC Staffing Fee will be raised to $ 125.00. Our region has not raised our fees in the past 5 years, and we believe the benefits of this new site will be worth the extra cost. We are grateful that so many of you are willing to share your time, energy and gifts with the women coming to the weekends, and know that we appreciate each and every one of you.
